I am pleased to share that my Ph.D. dissertation examining last-mile distribution networks in e-commerce omnichannel retailing has been selected, from among more than 270 entries, as the Winner of the 2018 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award (Operations and Production Management Category).

Pleased to share that one of our papers published in IJOPM in 2018 has been awarded the 2018 Highly Commended Paper Award (Runner-up for outstanding paper of the year)!

Our article arguing omnichannel synergy might be more appropriate than omnichannel integration in today’s competitive retail landscape using Wal-Mart as a case example has been published in Supply Chain Management Review.
